My Pokemon Journey

Description

Okay, this is going to be long. First, I would like to take a moment to point out I wish I would have waited to add Reshiram, but she (yes I think that mine's a girl even if they're genderless) was only a major factor in those last two fights. I would also like to point out my Quilava is not a Typhlosion, Pupitar is not a Tyranitar, and Lampent is not yet a Chandelure. Till she is level 69 (haha sex joke) till I'll evolve her, but I didn't want to wait.

Let's start then shall we?

Let's begin with the Pokemon in orange, there is no Pokemon Orange (I would know XD) But orange is my favorite color and there seemed to be that 'seventh party member' always floating around. They may not be in the FINAL party but they really helped out and have spots as honorable party members.

Magmar-Gold- When I foolishly released numerous Pokemon not knowing what release was (I thought it was a cheat that meant you could have 7+ party members) he and Golem were the two Pokemon my brother gave me to help out. He staid with me till I got Ho-oh, a Fire/Flying that was going to help a bit more than a pure Fire, but he was with me till about...the seventh? gym. That's a big way to help. Thanks Magmar!

Rayquaza-Sapphire (later Diamond and is now in SoulSilver)- He is tied with Nidoking for being my strongest Pokemon at level 94. He CRUSHES the E4 is Sapphire and Diamond (likely SoulSilver too if I give him the chance). He may not have a spot on any team as a final member but he has helped out by leveling up nearly every Pokemon I want to evolve by taking their hand and showing them how to DEMOLISH their enemies.

Poliwhirl-SoulSilver- Now, he helped me out cause I REALLY needed a water type to surf and he replaced the Bagon I was carrying around with me. He was a great Pokemon...untill I realised with my team Lance was going to hurt me like he did in FireRed. I had no clue what to do, so Poliwhirl got replaced with Seel, but he was very helpful in crushing the gyms before hand.

Dugtrio-FireRed- Looking back, I wish I kept him cause Dragonair was my weakest link (Sorry girl). He was a tank and did massive damage, but the joy of catching two Dratinis and a Dragonair in the Safari Zone over-road the awesomeness of this Pokemon. Sorry Dugtrio, but just know you were better than Dragonair.

Articuno-FireRed- She (yes she) replaced Dragonair after Lance killed me for the eighth time (not joking). I needed to do damage to him and the Ice Legendary was just the thing I needed. She won that battle for me and has made ice truly one of my favorite types.

Now to the even longer part! The actual parties!

~~GOLD~~
Gold was my first ever Pokemon game so I should start with it!

Golem- He was my replacement starter after my releasing insident. He was much higher level than I could handle at that time and didn't really listen, but once I got the badges needed this Pokemon took out nearly everything I wanted. Gym full of Dragon types? Easy. Gym full of Ice types? Dead before a single hit. She was amazing and when I nearly had to restart the fight with the last gym leader before the E4 and he was in the red as my last Pokemon, HE DODGED A WATER ATTACK AND KILLED KINGDRA!

Raikou- To be honest I wanted Suicune over him. But, just south of Ecruteak I ran into him just randomly leveling up. The moment I saw him he had to be mine. So I did use my Master Ball on him. Even with Lanturn in my team Raikou was a great addition and has become my favorite 2nd generation Pokemon and likely my favorite legendary of all time!

Umbreon- Staying with honesty I REALLY wanted Espeon. But just before my E4 battle I was wandering around (hoping to get more levels) at night when Eevee just started to evolve on me! I was really shocked and when I saw Umbreon I couldn't help but grin at how AWESOME it was! And it dominated in battle! Much better than the Espeon I could have gotten.

Ho-oh- This is a very special Pokemon to me. When I saw this on the cover box art I thought back to one of the few Pokemon episodes I had seen where Ash saw it. Funny, cause the 2nd generation wasn't out then! I loved this Pokemon, having the coolest moves I had even seen and having a one-of-a-kind sprite was a big deal for me!

Lanturn- One of the trio (the others being Magmar and Golem). When I think of Gold my mind comes to those three cause when I thought all hope was lost after the lost of my starter these three really picked up the game and made me forget about my woes. While it's still upsetting releasing a Meganium and a Togapi, things worked out in the end.

(Shiny) Gyarados- Although everyone could get one I was super excited to have a Shiny (I could have had a Shiny Rattata but my friend was playing and threw my Master Ball at it). Now, I was scared I was going to kill it cause it literally had a sliver of health left and I used all my Ultra, Great, and Pokeballs at it and only had one left. No joking I cried when I caught it.

~~Yellow~~
My second game ever and the one where I found my baby

Pikachu- This little devil. Okay, I loved the fact we could have Pikachu as a starter and it followed you around, had different facial expressions. It was awesome. But I had never had a Pikachu before and after a lot of levels I thought it was high time to get myself a Raichu. But, I didn't know that you can't evolve your starter...and this little butt hated me EVER SINCE! It never showed me a happy loving face again and I got very sad that one thing did that, and there was no way to make it up to it (actually it is a female as I traded her to Gold to get a Pichu). It has forever hated me so yes, it has soulless eyes because after that point it was no longer fun to have this angsty girl glaring at my back the entire adventure!

Snorlax- This guy is a boone to have on any team. His killer defense saved me so much in the E4 so I could revive my Pokemon and fully heal them to be able to take the enemy out. And this guy if I remember right, hit like a semi-truck! Likely, my second strongest Pokemon in Yellow.

Blastoise- Looking at my team now and having two Water types (and neither of them knowing Surf) it would have been wiser to have replaced him. But even then he was a great team member and all the Ice moves I taught him (cause I was like what the heck! Didn't know Dragons were weak against it) really helped out.

Kingler- Crabhammer. Seriously. That move and the fact it hit so hard was amazing and is what kept him on my team. I could have gotten him replaced but as a little kid I didn't care about a balanced party I wanted to one-hit KO everything!

Pidegot- I think everyone had this Pokemon on their team at some point. In fact this Pokemon is like the king of flying types (I believe) cause it so easily caught in the beginning, and even after you replace other team members with stronger ones this one stays. Now, my Pidegot I can't remember much about exept it was so pretty XD

Nidoking- This is my baby. The love of my Pokemon life and my favorite Pokemon of all time. In Yellow, the first gym is a pain in the ass and I caught this little Nidoran Male in the patch of grass outside Pewter City (cause the twerp won't let you leave unless you beat the gym). He was level four and I trained him to level sixteen (now at that age I believed that every badge gave you ten levels so I thought that Pokemon 11+ would not obey me unless I had the badge) and cruched Brock. My baby continued to charge through and destory everything. He eneded up at level 94 before I knew it, a good 30 levels higer than the other Pokemon on the team. I even traded him over to Gold to help me when I was stuggling really badly. But, a long time after that one of my brother's friends got a hold of my Gameboy Color and Gold when I was sleeping, and he erased it, making me loose my entire Gold and Yellow party. I cried so badly and never played them again.

~~Sapphire~~
This game kinda restored my love of Pokemon after my tragic lost. And also an even gendered team!

Sceptile- I picked him because of his type. I wanted another go at the Grass type without losing him and let me tell you he can hit hard with knowing Earthquake, Leaf Blade, Dragon Claw, and X-Scissor he packs a punch. He easily took out gyms and was always a calm devil about it~

Mightyena- While not having quite the veraity of moves she was still a good attacker. I actually cried with her cause she had the PokeRus. I thought that my Pokemon was really going to died beacuse of it and I couldn't heal it. Don't judge me. I didn't have interent and I was the only Pokemon player I knew of.

Linoone- Another gal~ And not an HM slave. She knows Strength but that's it for HMs (unless you want to count Dig). She may be one of my weaker ones but her speed is crazy and was very useful in the E4 to get that final hit needed as my last Pokemon.

Lombre- Another she and another PokeRus carrier. Now SHE felt like an HM slave which was upsetting that the 3rd gen needed you to know Dive, Waterfall, and Surf. CRAZY! But having her know Ice Beam was a saving grace against the Dragon User in the E4. She did evolve when I traded her over to SoulSilver, but she is a Lombre in this for rational reasons.

Delcatty- I was so happy when I caught a Skitty, even if male. And seeing as I lacked and Eletric Pokemon he became my Thunder Cat. All he knows is Electric moves; Thunder, Thunder Bolt, Shock Wave, and Flash. He was very nice to have when surfing all over the place even with Sceptile there due to those annoying Water/Flying birds!

Swellow- I will admit I do like this one, maybe he can be the Prince of the Skies, but no King. My Swellow has CRAZY speed and attack, while is a deadly combo seeing as all he knows is pyshical moves! And with Guts, he really does high damage even while a status problem!

~~Emerald~~
A race to get every legendary! For this I only caught Pokemon I wanted in my final party

Tahno the Swampert- Yes, I named him after the beautiful water bender~ (In my defense I was having a wonderful Tahnorra Rp~<3) He is awesome! Knowing Earthquake, Surf, Blizzard, and Muddy Water he's a major threat to anything (but Grass) I never had a Mudkip and it was so nice to have him with me during this adventure!

Altair the Altaria- Named after my favorite (hard to say that when I love Ezio and Desmond to bits too) assassin. He has a lot of kick ass moves to help him kill anything before him Ice Beam, Dragon Breath, Fly, and Fire Blast for those pesky Ice types he's weak to. With Natural Cure and a high defense and Sp. defence he is someone everyone should watch out for.

Jose! the Gardevior!- He was once a Drag Duchess, then a Drag Princess, and now a Drag Queen. What was cool about him my trainer would ALWAYS say Go! Jose! Made my life. Now Jose made me lose boosters, he already has a high Sp. Attack and Speed, but I gave him Double Team and Calm Mind. Along with Thunderbolt and Psychic he was knocking things out with an air of fabulousness I still don't understand.

Askook the Seviper- Now, there's always the weakest link, and sadly Askook was that for me. I love him to bits and he really tried but being only Poison left him open for a lot of nasty attacks.

Faja the Camerupt- Named after a Pewdiepie character she took out everything. Her attack and sp. attack are through the roof and she dominated battles with Eruption, Hyper Beam, Overheat, and Earthquake. Being the only girl on my team she had to have power to keep the boys in line XD

Artemis the Manectric- Power and Speed. He was what we would call a glass cannon, hits hard and fast but a really low defense and sp. defense. He saved the day numerous times having all that sp. attack.

~~Diamond~~
Sorry, don't like the fourth generation much.

Icewing the Empoleon- I don't have much to say about him. He was my starter. Doesn't know any Ice moves. Was the best looking out of the other starters. Meh.

Nightsong the Noctowl- Now she is pretty awesome! She knows Fly, Shadow ball, and Zen Headbutt (Defog too but it's a sucky move no matter what). It was nice to finally have one cause I never really had a Hoothoot in the second generation.

Rockella the Graveller- ...I really can't say much about her...truely I can't.

Thunder the Luxray- He has quite a bite and a shock but his speed makes him a sad Eletric type being quite slow compared to my other Electric types.

Waverider the Gyarados- Now she and Nightsong along with Rosalie were basically the three that I liked on my team. Waverider knows Fire Blast, Aqua Tail, Dark Pulse, and Strength and hits hard with all of them!

Rosalie the Roserade- She carried my team in teh E4 somehow. I think it's cause of her Giga and Mega Drain XD She is actually the closest Pokemon friend I had in Diamond and the only one I really liked from the fourth generation (along with the mighty Bidoof!)

~~FireRed~~
Easily, one of my funest Pokemon journeys! And almost had a full girl team!

Charizard- I fell in love with him. He's my star. And even though he's not a Dragon he can take them down with Fly, Blast Burn, Flamethrower, and Dragon Claw. All his stats are crazy high for his level and when he was just a Charmander with Metal Claw, Rocks no longer scared him.

Primeape- What's scarier than a Primeape? MY FEMALE PRIMEAPE! With a super high attack and speed and moves like Cross Chop, Karate Chop, and Overheat she easily took out Ice like it was nothing! And her Vital Spirit came in handy sooo often!

Vaporeon- You know the chances of getting your Eevee you get as female is the same as getting a female starter? It is! And this little flirt of a girl can take on anything you throw at her. She crushed Bruno with Hydro Pump, Surf, Bite, and Aurora Beam (which also helped against Lance!) She's a force that should not be taken lightly.

Hypno- Female Hypno coming at ya! Nothing stands in this girl's warpath, only Bug and Dark but she can 1-hit KO anything if you are too slow to get out of her high sp. attack and Psychic, and your items are also hers with Thief!

Dragonair- I cried when I caught her in the Safari Zone, but she didn't do much for the team. Sure she knows Blizzard, Thunder, Dragon Rage, and Twister, but what's the point if your defences and speed are soooo low you get KO in 1-hit?

Vileplume- While he is the second weakest he was much better than Dragonair and his Grass moves tore open Water types that would pose a problem, like he did when he was a wee Oddish against Misty! He didn't stand much chance against Lance, but Gary's Blastoise fell pretty hard if I recall~

~~SoulSilver (still playing)~~

(Quilava) Typhlosion- Not yet fully evolved but once he's there the world better watch out for this flaming beast! He doesn't know a lot moves that are going to do massive damage but we will get there and then Red better be careful when I climb Mt. Silver!

(Pupitar)  Tyranitar- Traded over from Diamond I thought it would be badass to have one of the pusdo-legendaries on my team and having him so early was great. It also helps that he's traded so it doesn't take so long to level him up as it would have normally.

Parasect- I know she seems like an odd choise but one I level her up and teach her some killer TMs and moves she'll be boss in on time!

Ampharos- This once fluff ball now has a killer right Thunder Punch! And his sp. attack is about to go through the roof once his levels increase!

Dodrio- Yes, she knows Fly. AND I DON'T CARE~ I got her on my PokeWalker and I didn't want to use Pokemon I've already used so Dodrio seemed like the perfect choice! And so far I've been right!

Dewgong- She replaced Poliwhirl for a lot of reasons (aka Lance). Already her moveset is killer with Surf, Aurora Beam, Aqua Jet, and Aqua Ring. And when the time came to team up with Lance in Mahogany Town I did use my Ice move on his Pokemon. I hate Lance after what he did to me in FireRed. I can't wait to see his face when Dewgong takes him down a few pegs!

~~Black~~
Just recently beat too!

Litith the (Lampent) Chandelure- This Pokemon was one of two reasons I got Black and she is completely awesome and kicks all ass that comes her way. And being Bashful increased her cuteness cause I liked to imagine when she was a Litwick she's get shy and her fire would burn brighter and mak her candle part melt a little.

Kitsune the Zoroark- Given to me for a Deerling I named Nidoran Male (XD) he too out two of the E4 BY HIMSELF WITH 0 DAMAGE! THAT'S AMAZING!!! His sp. attack made Dark Pulse kill everything and his speed made sure that he struck first! (Currently my highest level Pokemon in Black at 57)

Tickles the Galvantula- The second reason for getting Black. I MEAN LOOK AT JOLTIK!!! HE'S SO CUTE!!! I named him after my dearest Wolfie's Larxene's pet tarantula Tickles. He is the cutest and I love him to death.

Arthur the Serperior- Named after the English King and my Uncle. I loved his final form and although I may not have much attachment to him he is still a wonderful Pokemon with a killer set of moves!

Caspian the Carracosta- A late addition to the team but a wonderful one at that. Any Fire type that would have destoried my team was either drowned or stoned. And let me tell you, he's a full tank with all high attacks and sp. attacks and defense.

Vincent the Scolipede- He was going to get replaced. But I grew to love him and his moves make everyone fall in his path with a Toxic+Venoshock combo!
